UnknownDependencyException indicates that another plugin required for a plugin to work is not found or loaded. Follow the dependency name in the error message.
Step by step

Note both the plugin that failed to load and the dependency listed in the log. Verify the correct dependency on the project's release page.

Get the compatible jar file. If the dependency is already installed, look in the boot log for why it was previously disabled.

Keep the necessary files in the correct
pluginsfolder and restart the server. Don't leave duplicate jars of the same plugin. -
Verify that the dependency is installed first, then the actual plugin. Run a feature of the actual add-on in-game.
Keep in mind
Deleting the dependency name from the configuration does not provide the code the plugin needs.
